Mixed media installation and performance: Water-colour on paper, wood, glass, video, computer, printer, scanner, painting tools and materials.

Since the decision to fall in love with an Arab we have travelled the virtual space searching for Arabs, and try to establish contact with homosexuals on dating sites. Based on the photographs of selected interested men we paint water-colours in fixed size paper (36x26cm), which are scanned and sent by E-mail to the person portrayed in order to initiate an ongoing correspondence. Images and letters we paint fit together to a screen which is continually growing during the exhibition. Behind it we continue the process of painting and writing. At the moment there are more than 190 pieces. We thereby create a space of living communication that side-steps political and social barriers.
