20:30 Gil & Moti (Blue T-shirts) welcome audience. Siggy & Michael (Red T-shirts) serve red drink (Cherry Vodka) Jaschar & Aidin (Black T-shirts)  inside, invite audience to take a seat.
20:44 Audience seat on the collected furniture. Dr. Gerald Matt comes from backstage holding a standing lamp.
20:45 Dr. Gerald Matt gives an introduction to the performance in which he most generously expresses his pleasure to present the very first performance of the performance-installation Laylah, the Creature Beyond Dreams in the Kunsthalle. He points out the intricate construction of the performance in which Oliver/Laylah is the absent-present third party in a threesome that goes beyond borders and conventions. He also points at the political character of the performance, warning the audience that although Gil & Moti's aesthetics may seem childish and naïve, their message is far from that.
20:50 Dr. Maaike Bleeker, in a story telling manner, introduces Gil & Moti biography: Once upon a time, there was a Chinese painter. This painter spent many, many years of his life working on one single painting. Finally, he invites his friends to come and have a look... Like the Chinese painter, Gil & Moti have created their own world. They have turned their whole life into a work of art and themselves into 'living sculptures'. And where else do living sculptures live but in an art gallery. Born in Israel, they left their country to discover new worlds, and to discover themselves as artists. This journey finally brought them to the Netherlands, to the city of Rotterdam, to be even more precise, to an art gallery in the Witte de Withstraat. In 1999, they moved into this galley and started living there.  In this gallery, they sleep in a glass cubicle like Snow White in her glass casket. Their personal belongings are exhibited in glass showcases..." on screen: collection of photos from Gil & Moti album.
